Our Goals

The social media marketing market, comnico’s service domain, in Japan was valued at 58.7 billion yen in 2020 and is estimated to grow to approximately double that value at 115.9 billion yen in 2025. In this growing market, our goal is to expand group sales at a speedy annual growth rate of more than 10-20%, with social media marketing and digital transformation sales being the pillars of our business.

 

As a part of our growth strategy, we consider M&As with companies that operate in the digital marketing and inbound promotion areas related to social media in order to expand our customer base and enhance services offered.

Known as Contents Garage Co., ltd. in 2014, the company changed its name to HouseWork Co., Ltd. in 2018. An absorption merger was completed in 2021.

24-7 Co., Ltd.

Provides implementation and operational support for Salesforce and HubSpot. Entered into a capital and business alliance in 2015. Changed company name to “DX Delight Inc.” in 2023. Merged with comnico inc. through an absorption-type merger in 2025.

Ageha Corporation

Ageha Corporation developed its business through marketing support for social media, including user-participatory product development and more. Business and capital tie-up occurred in 2018, and business integration was finalized in 2019.

DTK AD is a Thailand-based business offering international marketing support and inbound promotions for all regions of Southeast Asia. Became an LMG subsidiary in 2023.

Provides information on Japanese tourist spots and useful travel tips through Thai-language website operations and a Facebook group with 1.3 million members (as of January 2026). Inbound Buzz Inc. acquired the business in 2025.

L-marketing Inc.

Specializes in marketing support utilizing LINE. Leveraging a deep understanding and expertise in LINE based on an extensive track record, the company provides one-stop support for the processes required to generate results. Became a wholly owned subsidiary in 2026.

Ricecurry LS Inc.

Provides SNS marketing support specialized in the “lifestyle” sector. With particular strengths in influencer marketing, it also operates Instagram media with 400,000 and 200,000 follower scales. Became a wholly owned subsidiary in 2026.
